What we collect when you ask for a demo, why we need it, and what we do with it. In plain English.
Last updated 12 August 2026
Grace is a compliance and governance platform for UK care providers, operated by Grace Ltd, Grosvenor House, 3 Chapel Street, Congleton, Cheshire CW12 4AB, United Kingdom. For anything on this page, you can reach us at privacy@graceapp.co.uk.
This notice covers this website, graceapp.co.uk. The Grace application itself, at app.graceapp.co.uk, has its own separate notice — it handles care records, and that deserves its own explanation.
If you fill in the demo form, we collect your name, your role, the name of your organisation, how many homes you run, your email address, and your phone number if you choose to give it. That is all of it, and every field except your name and email is optional.
We do not use tracking cookies, and we do not build advertising profiles.
To arrange and run the demo you asked for, and to follow up about it. Nothing else. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — you asked us to get in touch, and it is reasonable for us to use your details to do exactly that.
If we later want to send you anything beyond arranging your demo, we will ask you first.
Only the people who need to. We use a small number of suppliers to run the site and handle your enquiry:
We keep demo enquiries for 24 months from your last contact with us, then delete them. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will.
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or object to us using it at all. You can also ask for a copy in a portable format.
Email privacy@graceapp.co.uk and we will respond within one month. There is no charge.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so clearly rather than quietly amending it.
